With the ROLLER Rest API, you can:

Call product information and availability
Create and manage bookings in ROLLER
Facilitate your own external online checkout

With the ROLLER Data API, you can:

Extract a copy of ROLLER data to store in an external database
Interface the data to business intelligence or analytics tools

With ROLLER Webhooks, you can:

Subscribe to events you wish to be notified about and which payload/s you want to receive by specifying a URL for ROLLER to send these notifications

API Access

Authentication

If you are an existing ROLLER client with an API access Add On:

Login to ROLLER Venue Manager

Navigate to Settings > Integrations > API Keys

From the 'Select API' dropdown field at the bottom of the form, select ROLLER API and click the Create API Client button

A pop-up window will be displayed, enter a description to the Client key name field which describes the consumer app that these credentials will be allocated to - such as Data warehouse app

Click the Create client key button.

If you are an existing ROLLER client without an API access Add On, contact ROLLER Support or your Client Success Manager to gain access.
